Our subscribers are eligible to receive a full refund of our verification fee if:
We are not able to verify their rental payment history.
We fail to report or misreport their data to the credit bureau.
The member is dissatisfied with the results.
No refunds are allowable on the 24-month retro rental verification portion.
Cancelation request may be processed via our website by calling 1-888-226-4088 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Based on the remaining length of your contractual terms, a refund of the prorated amount may be issued to you. All refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
