Refund Policy

Our subscribers are eligible to receive a full refund of our verification fee if:

  • We are not able to verify their rental payment history.

  • We fail to report or misreport their data to the credit bureau.

  • The member is dissatisfied with the results.

No refunds are allowable on the 24-month retro rental verification portion.
