Does my landlord need to participate?

Yes, your landlord or property manager must verify your rent payments each month. It is free, and easy for your landlord or property manager to participate.

Aren’t my rent payments already on my credit report?

No. This is a common misunderstanding. In the past, only late rent payments, usually from eviction or a lease skip-out, have been reported on credit reports.

How much will my rental payments raise my credit score?

Credit scores are unique to each person situation and are complicated differently per individual. Therefore, we cannot guarantee all subscribers will benefit equally. However, adding positive tradelines often raises a person’s credit worthiness.

Do you need my full Social Security Number/SSN?

No. We can add our data to your credit profile with other identifying records through the system at TransUnion®. Please contact us at

What documents do I need to submit?

A copy of your current lease/ rental agreement and a valid government issued identification card with photo.

What credit bureaus do you report to?

TransUnion®, however, we are working currently to bring Equifax on board, as well.

What if I am late with my rent?

No worries, only Aloha. For our regular subscribers, we will never report any late payments. However, for our Property Management clients, we report either positive or negative payment history.

Do you accept Property Manager Companies?

How long before it appears on my Credit Report?

In most cases payments will reflect to their credit report in under 15 days after your enrollment. The entire process can be completed in as little as 2 weeks.

How will my payments appear on my credit report?

A new tradeline will post on your credit report under Aloha Rental Resource Inc.

What if I have a spouse or a roommate?

We have a multiple subscription options, we can easily add your spouse or roommates help their credit score improve, as well.

Where do I pay my rent?

You pay your rent in the same manner you currently do. No changes to your rental payment methods are required.

How do I cancel my membership?
